Had quite comfortable experience, overall stylish place.
I didn't want to leave and would definitely return here. The place was fairly clean with an immensely pleasant stuff. The service was terrific and the pool was great. Central location was a plus. Had brunch in the The Distillery Bar, located nearby. The hotel had a lovely bar and a good restaurant.

We truly enjoyed large and absolutely superb breakfast. The location was particularly good in the centre of London, close to a subway station. Also, the property was 1 mile away from Thames River🙂

The breakfast was top class, the selection of food and dishes unique and exquisite. The staff, especially Florin from the restaurant area, is exceptionally attentive and always ready to help. The room was very clean, the equipment modern. All in all very recommendable for a city trip, also considering the location.

Minibar too loud. Towels were exchanged, although they were hung up by us and we hung them up separately.
